Not sure if I'm back🤔.... but in the meantime h Not sure if I'm back🤔.... but in the meantime here's a deliciously healthy wholesome meal! 💪Brown rice 🍚 topped with an amazingly tasty red lentil bolognese ... and let's not forget the fresh and crunchy sunflower 🌱microgreens🌱 which can make anything look beautiful 💕➡On to the tasty green salad and lightly steamed broccoli. Yum!

We're back with some more beautiful, scrumptious, healthy🌱 wholesome💪 meals to inspire you for 💡2020!💡 On today's plate, starting at ten o'clock and moving clockwise⏰ we have: tagliatelle with soya chunks, onions and mushrooms🍄 marinated in a saucy gravy 😍, beetroot chunks,  green 🌱salad (those greens are oh-so-important!💯) and steamed till just-tender broccoli florets. 💚💚💚 happy 2020! May it be a healthier, wholesome-er year! 😃
Here we go again...! Rice with split pea dahl and Here we go again...! Rice with split pea dahl and avo, garlic flat bread,  cucumber, tomato and carrot sticks! Simple. Filling. Wholesome. Scrumptious! 💪☺
Today's healthy 💪 wholesome 🍎 meal 🍴... s Today's healthy 💪 wholesome 🍎 meal 🍴... starting at the top and going clockwise we have rice with good ol' baked 'chicken' tofu smothered in our favourite 'cheesy' sauce, juicy red tomato wedges, cucumber wheels on lettuce and ending with brown mushrooms filled with a crunchy savoury topping (nuts, breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs, onion powder, nooch and herbal salt). Absolutely delicious. 😋
Today's meal is delicious and nutritious! We have Today's meal is delicious and nutritious! We have a noodle salad (noodles, lettuce greens, tomato, cucumber, vegan mayo, onion powder and veggie stock powder), baby tomatoes, peas with carrot coins, sausage rolls (yum!) and some baked tofu cubes. Simple yet satisfying. ☺🌱
Ok, so today we have on the 🍴menu.... soft and Ok, so today we have on the 🍴menu.... soft and crispy potato🍟 wedges, butternut & sweet potato 🍠mash topped with a kind-of-a-tofu-creamed-spinache🍃, baked "chicken"🐣 tofu, juicy red tomato 🍅wedges and good ol' beetroot. I know, I know! 💡We're missing some major greens 🌱 here! 💚💚💚 Working on it! 😉
